BEV - Parini acquired by fellow Italian equipment firm Previero

Ambienta SGR SpA, a major European asset manager focused on environmental sustainability, announced that its portfolio company, Previero N. Srl, has acquired mechanical sorting equipment maker Parini Srl. Previero specializes in recycling equipment, particularly for plastics washing and size reduction, while Parini focuses on mechanical separation of waste. Ambienta emphasized the importance of mechanical sorting in plastics recycling and noted the strong technical expertise of Parini. The acquisition enhances Previero's turnkey solutions, with both companies aiming to strengthen their integrated recycling platform. Ambienta sees this move as aligning with its investment goals and the broader trend toward end-to-end recycling solutions.
