TEL Real Estate Developer (TEL RED) closed a complex transaction divesting its Kalisz Park, including about 20k sqm of logistic and light industrial spaces. The logistic part of the portfolio was acquired by MNK Partners, the industrial one by Konveyor.
The TEL RED Kalisz Park is a multi-purpose portfolio of assets based in the central city of Kalisz. The building complex, whose construction terminated in early 2022, includes logistic and light industrial assets, counting about 20k sqm in total, fully rented to primary multinational companies.
