Domenico Sibilio is a private equity entrepreneur with nearly 25 years of experience in finance and operations. He leads a private investment group active in middle-market industrial private equity (Windex), real estate (Tel Red), and financial advisory (CDI Global). Domenico previously worked at Sun Capital Partners, focusing on developing a portfolio platform. As CEO of TEL Group, a manufacturer of household appliance components, he quintupled sales and EBITDA before selling the company to a major private equity firm. Early in his career, Domenico worked in financial advisory for Ernst & Young and Deloitte, advising on high-value M&A transactions across various sectors. He has also served on the board of directors for multiple companies. Domenico graduated summa cum laude in Finance from Bocconi University, is a member of the Italian Chartered Accountant and Auditor Association, and holds an executive black belt certification from the San Diego Six Sigma Institute.
