Fabrizio Rossini

Fabrizio Rossini is an expert in Equity Capital Markets, Financial Communication and Investor Relations. He’s currently senior advisor at Lyra Partners, an M&A and IPO advisory based in Milan, and he’s currently contract professor at the Università Cattolica/USI joint Master program in European Studies in Investor Relations (ESIR).


Prior to this he has been Head of IR at the following multinational companies: RCF; WeBuild (former Salini Impregilo); ST Ericsson; and IR Director at STMicroelectronics. Previously he held senior positions in Finance, Treasury, M&A and Strategy at: ENI; Enimont and Sodexo, having been based in Milan, Rome, Paris, New York, Geneva. He is currently based in Lugano. Fabrizio holds an M.A. in International Affairs from the Johns Hopkins University’s Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (Washington DC), and an M.A. in Economics from the University La Sapienza (Rome).


Besides Financial Markets and Financial Communication, Fabrizio’s other research interests include History of Money, and Environmental economics. Together with the World Resources Institute senior economist Robert Repetto et al., he published, in 1989, Wasting Assets (a pioneering research study in the field of Natural Resources Accounting). He has also contributed articles and research studies for numismatic academic journals and reviews.
