Brandon Box, an Italian production company at the crossroads of entertainment and pop culture, is launching a new fundraising initiative to scale its production slate and expand internationally.

Founded in 2011 by producer Andrea Sgaravatti, Brandon Box has built a distinctive niche by adapting comics, manga, anime, and video games into high-quality live-action films and series—stories with loyal global fanbases and proven commercial appeal.

The company’s track record speaks for itself. Its debut film Dampyr, co-produced with Sergio Bonelli Editore and Eagle Pictures, was distributed worldwide by Sony Pictures, later acquired by Netflix and HBO Max, and ranked in the Top 10 across multiple markets. Its second production, Prophecy—based on Tetsuya Tsutsui’s acclaimed manga—premiered to strong audience reception and was acquired by Disney+ for global distribution.

Building on this momentum, Brandon Box is raising €1.5M in a corporate growth round, valuing the company at €6.5M post-money, to fund new IP acquisitions, the development of key projects such as Prophecy 2, Driver, and Tigermask, and to strengthen its team and international footprint. Alongside this, a €7.65M club deal is being structured for the company’s upcoming horror slate Unordinary Nightmares—a trilogy of genre films to be shot across Italy, Romania, and Scotland, with strong revenue projections and investor participation options including associate producer credits and set access.

With budgets of €1.5–3M per film, a lean production model, and a focus on IPs with built-in global audiences, Brandon Box is positioned to capture the growing demand for recognizable, cross-generational stories in both theatrical and streaming markets.
